The Felt Tensioner adjustment device is a key component in paper making equipment used to control the operation status of the formed net, pressed blanket and dry net. Its core function is to achieve real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment of the net blanket tension through constant tension technology and dynamic correction system, ensuring that the tension fluctuation range is controllable, and at the same time accurately correct the operation trajectory of the net blanket. Adapt to the continuous production requirements at different vehicle speeds ranging from 100 to 1500m/min, and ensure the stability and quality consistency of paper sheet production. When the steel wire/felt becomes loose, the load cell installed in the steel wire/felt circuit or on the stretcher detects the tension and sends a signal to the PLC on the control panel. The PLC on the control panel then moves the Felt Tensioner roller until the steel wire/felt automatically returns to the set tension. The correct tension of steel wire/felt can improve the quality of paper. Our tensioners/stretchers are manufactured for heavy-duty operations and are easy to operate even in harsh conditions. It ensures accurate roller positioning and threaded spindle drive.
